Ice-creams are favourite among all. Wafers and cherries make immediate ingredients and add flavour to them. Some innovative recipes to decorate ice-
creams and serve as you please this summer.

Ice maiden
Ingredients:
Vanilla ice-cream - 1 scoop, Chocolate ice-cream - 1 scoop, Whisked cream - 15 ml, Wafer - 1,Chocolate flakes - 10gms., Caramel sauce - 10 ml.Sugar-30gms, Butter-15gms, Cream-55ml, Chocolate flakes - 10gms. , Caramel sauce - 10 ml., Sugar-30gms, Butter-15gms, Cream-55ml
Steps:
To make caramel sauce mix sugar and butter and put it on low flame. When it thickens remove from fire. In one bowl place vanilla ice-cream. Add over it half chocolate flakes. Place the chocolate scoop and add the rest of the chocolate flakes. Decorate it with caramel sauce, whisked cream and wafer.
Cool 'n Scoop
Ingredients:
Mango ice-cream -1 scoop, Strawberry ice-cream -1 scoop, Chocolate ice-cream -1 scoop,Scooped fruits - 25 ml, Whisked cream - 15 ml,Strawberry sauce - 25 ml, For Strawberry sauce fresh strawberry pury-50 ml Icing sugar - 25 gms.

Steps:
Mix strawberry puree and icing sugar and strain. In low flame put this mixture and remove from fire only when it thickens. Store it in a bowl. In a bowl put the ice-cream scoops in the middle and surround it with fruits. Pour strawberry sauce from above and add the whisked cream.
